Real estate transactions, whether purchase or sale or refinancing, require wet ink signatures.
If you are in one city and your real estate lawyer, or your title and escrow representative, or your real estate transaction notary, is in a different location, you need a notary public to ensure the signing instructions are followed, your identity is proved, and the relevant documents are notarized.
You can use our real estate notary services if you are in a city in which we have an office.
Your real estate lawyer, or your title and escrow representative, or your real estate transaction notary, can be in any location in or outside Canada and the United States.
Note that, in order to proceed with real estate notary services, we must establish direct contact with your real estate lawyer, or your title and escrow representative, or your real estate transaction notary, and ensure they are legal representatives serving you.
Further, you must attend your appointment with two pieces of unexpired government-issued photo identification.
