Transactional Power of Attorney

A Transactional Power of Attorney gives a trusted person the power to act on your behalf. For example, to buy or sell property, represent you, or obtain an item. It can be for use in or outside Canada.

The steps for the
production and notarization of your Transactional Power of Attorney are very straightforward.

First, fill the simple, step-by-step form below, and process your
$55 plus sales tax fee. We will immediately deliver your document to your email inbox.

Second, select between in-person and online notarization at the bottom of this page.

You may be able to accomplish both the production and the notarization on the same day.
After submitting the form above, you can proceed with booking your notarization appointment.

Note: Do not sign the document, which you will have already received, until you are in front of the notary public.

Note: If you reached this page after booking an upcoming online service appointment, you don’t need to book a second appointment.
